Larger-scale supportWe appreciate your assistance in finding larger sources of support through contacts or knowledge you might have. The school receives no state support or consistent support from trusts or institutions. Our main areas of funding need are for scholarships, staff salaries and buildings renovation. Larger donors may contact us to discuss specific allocation of donated funds. |
Hope Flowers School seeks support particularly for its scholarship fund (to help poorer children attend the school) and its Listen to My Voice psychological support program (helping children and families deal with the effects of trauma).
If you have a preference, or wish to donate toward other school needs, please insert a message while making your donation, to specify your preference.

NOTES Income Fees: 120 students @ $200 each Donations: donations were allocated to specific funds for the computer centre, audio-visual room, PeaceTrees project, buildings renovation, rehabilitation projects, payroll and salaries. Guesthouse: 15 persons for four nights @ $25 each per night Greenhouse: 17.5 tons tomatoes @ $0.52 per kilo = $3,000. Computer centre: 3,300 hours internet cafe usage @ $1.12 per hour = $3,696. Technicalities concerning your donationThis donations system is run by Pam Perry and Palden Jenkins in England, for and on behalf of the Hope Flowers School, and personally accountable to the school. We do this as well-meaning individuals, not as a constituted charity. Your donation goes into a PayPal receiving account in UK. They are then downloaded into our UK bank account. When sufficient funds accumulate, they are transferred to the school's bank account in Palestine. This saves bank charges, and allows us to oversee the security of the transfer. In USA, Suzanne Keehn (CHN) is associated directly with us, as an American representative for the school. Any problems concerning payments, please in UK or in USA.
